### 1/5 — Can’t get to work

Every time I try to sign up my iPhone creates a “hard password “ that the app doesn’t approve of. Instead of being able to edit the PW it locks up and won’t allow. Have to keep restarting registration. I also have font increased over entire phone due to presbyopia, but at least half of all parents have this too. SO FRUSTRATING. Now have to attempt to change all my settings for this stupid app the school chose. Definitely complaining in our end of year surveys

This app is terrible. I wish my son school would never even use it and they make a requirement. He’s not making the wrestling team because this app is not user-friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone. Now a young child won’t be playing a sport because of this app.

I try to sign in, it doesn’t recognize my email and when I want to reset my password it still won’t recognize it and it’s an email that I had used to sign documents.

The app will not let me go past the login screen. I have reached out to the developers and no response yet. I wish there was better app to deal with.

Since the new update this app has been garbage. Searching for athletes takes forever and the messages screen will not load the current messages. Typing in the name to find a person to message results in a constant buffering. The app was usable before the update but now it is absolutely useless. Considering how many schools and companies use this app as their EMR it’s surprising these issues have not been assessed or corrected. Part of this app’s purpose is to be able to store and load up important documents like insurance and emergency contact but unfortunately it won’t even do that in a timely manner. Lots of things need to be fixed. It used to be so good too. I won’t be surprised when our school and lots of others switch off of this EMR.

Love the new timeline. Unfortunately the bugs have slowed this app to a crawl.  SOAP notes crash if you add special tests (special test menu doesn’t scroll), and the note may just crash on its own (will note save)
Drop down menus will disappear, and are slow to appear (workflow is much slower now). Error messages will float in the middle of screen.

App UI is very intuitive and easy to navigate and message with trainers but the notification badge does not clear.  It shows I have a notification but every tab and view has been completed.  Tried force close and reopen and remains same.  No way to understand where this notification is generating from or how to clear the badge.
