Mijn app is dé tool voor iedereen die een gezonde relatie met voeding wil opbouwen, duurzaam wil afvallen en zich weer goed in zijn of haar lichaam wil voelen. Ik begeleid jou stap voor stap naar jouw persoonlijke doelen door middel van op maat gemaakte voedingsschema’s, waarin je zelf je gerechten mag uitkiezen, trainingsschema’s, tracking van goals en gewoontes én natuurlijk mijn dagelijkse één-op-één chat-support en maandelijkse call, waarbij ik goed inzoom op verbeterpunten om zo écht weer resultaat te boeken.

Waarom persoonlijke coaching

Ik leer je op een leuke manier je doelen te bereiken zonder restricties of schuldgevoelens. Samen creëren we een gezonde balans waarin jij je energiek, sterk en gelukkig voelt — maar ook weer een gezonde relatie met voeding krijgt.

Met jarenlange ervaring als personal trainer, coach en mijn eigen jojo-effecten, waarin ik continu schommelde tussen 16 kg en een negatief zelfbeeld, weet ik hoe belangrijk het is om een aanpak te vinden die écht bij jou past — zodat je het ook echt volhoudt op de lange termijn. Geen quick fixes, maar een aanpak die je volhoudt terwijl je kan blijven genieten.
