The login function is not working. The whole process with the company (the othering of tests, waiting on results) has been slow, unreliable (one test was missing) and frustrating. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work at all *2023-03-29* Can’t get past load screen. When I enter the same email address and password into the app, it doesn’t work. It’s pointless. Why did the allergy test company bother with the app? What a waste of time. Haven’t heard anything about my samples being received and it’s been 5 days (which after 48hrs the blood would no longer be a viable source) so I am incredibly dubious about this company and honestly it feels like a scam. But unable to sign into App. Chatted with representatives of app, and many countless password changes, still unable to access app. Now i can go online and use my account, which will have to do. But why promote app that doesn’t work. And the test your tolerance website also is messed. I keep sending a “reset password”. The main screen freezes and nothing happens. Until this is fixed the company really shouldn’t promote the app - and it’s flexibility to acquire your results faster - when it doesn’t work.
