## What is Healthy?

Would you like to record your day to be healthy?
Help set goals and help you achieve them!
We recommend your goals by checking your age, gender, and physical condition!

Health provides four functions.

1. The amount of water
You can enter the volume of sound today and see if you have achieved your goal!

2. Walk (to be updated)
I'll tell you how many steps you have taken today, how many calories you've consumed
It's automatically linked to health data and it's recorded on its own just by walking!

3. Calories (to be updated)
Record your daily food intake today!
You can enter it by three major nutrients, and only calories can be entered!

4. Sleep (to be updated)
Check my sleep time today!
You don't have to record it separately because it's linked to health data!
Sleep is the most important thing for your health!
