## What is HealthyLC?

Healthy Life Choices APP provides basic Information on health which is downloadable for free. The basic information explains the role that each nutrient plays in the body and how they interact with the metabolic functions of the body where applicable. 
 
 The purpose of the free download is to emphasize the importance of adding supplements to our daily diet. The premium information covers advance principles related to the metabolic processes that can be leveraged to achieve optimal health and physical performance. 
 
 Also provided are my testimonials and anecdotal stories associated with how I stopped/reversed aging related illnesses such as: Cancer, asthma, arthritis, hair loss, BPH, and more. 
 
 The testimonials include my trial and error testing with exercise and dietary routines that helped me maintain a youthful appearance and energetic lifestyle well into my 60s and I expect well into my 70s and 80s (2016 – 68 years of age).
