The app tells you that “your payment is being processed” but you never get notified that the actual payment went though or was successful - this needs to be corrected because people are too busy to remember to check and can’t afford to lose their health coverage especially if they forget to check their email and there is an email saying that your payment is late. PLEASE FIX THIS! ### 1/5 — Needs work *2023-07-22* The app is very slow at loading, only a few menus work on the app. Please fix this to make it more convenient. The app is difficult, forget even trying to call. I couldn’t wait any longer. I have never received a card. Always get “something went wrong try again later” No notification if bill payments went through and constantly have to reset password because it won’t recognize it. The app is way out of sync with the Healthscource system and the user interface is janky at best. Always end up calling anyway to make sure uploaded documents and payments go through. It then buffers. I cannot make a payment using this app. It worked only once before. Very frustrating to say the least.
