Downloaded app - will only work in portrait. How is someone with a physical disability supposed to turn their device from portrait to lanscape and back?? Landscape is most used orientation.

Thanks to the developer for responding to me and fixing an issue loading apps within an afternoon. 
I can now load my local health care data and it works nice and quickly and is handy to have.
