## What is HealWithMe?

Stop guessing what they need.

An intense soul connection on Friday, back to strangers by Monday. Lovebombing, then ghosting. The read-receipt you've now stared at for an hour. You are not bad at relationships you are working without information.

HealWithMe gives you that information, in five minutes a day.

MEET FREYA
Freya is an AI reflection companion you can think out loud with, any hour of the night. She asks the question you've been avoiding and never gets tired of the same story. She isn't therapy, medical advice or crisis support she's a calm voice when you don't want to text them instead.

YOUR CLARITY PROFILE
A short, honest questionnaire traces the loop you keep repeating: what sets it off, what you make it mean, what you actually need, what you do instead, and what it quietly costs you. Named, not judged. Old patterns soften once they're seen.

FIVE MINUTES A DAY
A daily ritual you can finish before your coffee goes cold. Check in with how you actually feel. Read affirmations chosen for where you are. Tick off little rituals. Learn one technique for the moment you're in.

A PRIVATE PATH PER PERSON
Add a partner, friend, parent or sibling and follow a path built for that one relationship, with steps that unlock as you go. Every name and note stays on your device.

MOOD, OVER TIME
Check in daily and watch the shape of a month the weeks that were harder than you remembered, the ones that quietly got better.

EXPLORE
Deeper clarity quizzes for the questions that don't have a tidy answer, plus a library of techniques you can save and come back to.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account. No email address. No ad tracking. Your moods, notes and relationship names never leave your device. Anything you choose to share, such as a chat with Freya, is encrypted in transit and at rest.
