Especially for use with the Healy coil! PLEASE. I’m so tired of hitting that button a hundred times a day. We often receive this request, but it is a security measure and therefore cannot be adjusted. However, we are always working on optimizing every function and this will also be improved in the future. Best wishes, your Healy team! ### 4/5 — Great App, Except... *2024-05-13, version 1.47.1* I run programs on my Healy based on the suggestions from the Healy Advisor App. I love what it does for me. The Healy 2 app is easy to navigate and clearly laid out. I use both the electrode pads with wires and the Coil depending on the program. Using the Coil is significantly nicer than electrodes and wires, but, in the Healy 2 App it takes longer to set up because the default setting for intensity (for safely) is 15% and you should run the Coil at 100%. There are controls (- and ) to change the intensity and to get from 15% to 100% takes 17 taps! This is excessive and time consuming. I would be of GREAT benefit if a slider was provided in addition to the minus and plus buttons. I made this suggestion on the Healy website one year ago and have yet to see any change to the app to help with this time-consuming setting (I run programs on my Healy each day until it needs to be recharged and then until I go to bed - that's A LOT of intensity adjustments). ### 4/5 — Better than old app *2023-04-23, version 1.40.1* Much better at finding and connecting to devices. A feature request I would have is to be able to hold down the + or - button to quickly adjust intensity rather than having to tap if you wanted to use the coil and boost to 100% ### 4/5 — App Is Good But Not There Yet *2023-02-10, version 1.39.1* I’ve been using the Healy now for about two years. The Healy 2 app is a definite improvement from the old app, but it falls short, when increasing or decreasing the frequency strength. For example: if the app could be made as to when you push to increase, you would just hold down, and it would increase as much as you want, and the same for decreasing as opposed to constantly keep tapping and typing and tapping. I would like to see for people who use the coil to have the ability to preset the frequency level of choice. That will be a real nice feature. ### 3/5 — App doesn’t run if I try to go to other tasks on phone *2023-01-31, version 1.39.1* It looks very nice and is easier to see all of the icons but you have to keep the app page open and can’t do anything else on your phone while the program is running. I think I’m running the program but I have to keep checking the device to make sure it stays connected. I have the newest iphone, its up to date but this app has way to many bugs. Not acceptable for such a expensive device. Some people say it runs better with a android phone but i will not get a android just to be able to use it!! Thumbs down!
