The app is not showing most text, so is unusable. The buttons appear with a blank text so you never know what you should click on.

Most fields in app are blank, and it doesn’t pair together as it should.  Healy Technical indicates they are working on the bugs.

I was waiting for my Healy Watch so long, and now when I finally got it I can’t even log in. The sign in button is always block with keyboard no matter what I do! 
Please fix this bug ASAP, otherwise I am returning the watch!

My watch worked for two days then stopped connecting via Bluetooth with my phone. I have tried everything I can without being able to connect to tech support! Very discouraging for something you paid a lot of money for that doesn’t work or meet your expectations from what you were told it does. A shame because if it worked it would be a great device.  Please get your tech support sorted out so we can get help. I am not the only one! I never write reviews good or bad but had to here - hoping someone in your company will help a lot of us having issues!

I’ve had my watch more than a week. The watch app doesn’t add to my home screen of iPad. When I try to open on any device I have it says bandwidth timed out. I have fastest internet and every other app I have works fine. You have no place on your app for tech support. Apple told me to reach out to developer. No way to do that. So I have to do it here.

I love the Healy and the Healy Watch. The watch itself works well, though a little tricky to learn if you are a first time wearables user. The app has trouble syncing with the watch and sometimes I find you have to uninstall and reinstall the app for it to work again. Other times there is a 2 day delay in the data - it eventually shows up. I love being able to track and trend the quantity and quality of my sleep, monitor my heart rate, and track steps and workouts. There are some advanced features and metrics that I don’t understand yet - I’m interested to know more. And I do like the circadian calendar that helps you know which programs you might want to run on the Healy device.

Great tool. But disappointed the app has not been working and my device is basically a paperweight now.
