Das kann doch nicht ernsthaft der einzige Weg sein? Gäb es Alternativen, hätte ich die App schon längst dauerhaft deinstalliert. I bought Healy with the intention of selling them as well but I cannot place my reputation on a device that - in order to use it- requires the worst app I have ever had. I have never had an app that crashes every few days or less. Als UX Designerin ist es unfassbar dass man bis heute an der App kaum Anpassungen gemacht hat: neben der schlechten usability sind auch viele technische Themen (wie z.B. das ständige abbrechen) die man längst hätte beseitigen können. Ich verstehe nicht wie ein Unternehmen der so einen starken Umsatz macht mit diesem Gerät, so eine App den Nutzern anbieten kann. This device will help you control if not diminish a multitude of Health issues. In a very short amount of time, I have lived with chronic pain , debilitating pain for over 25 years and this small device has assisted me in living virtually pain FREE….. it works and it’s amazing how much better I feel. It also assist with anxiety a lot ! It helps my husband to sleep as well, FYI. The key is, understanding ‚how‘ to properly use the Healy. ### 5/5 — Easy to Use No need for Wifi *2022-11-23, version 2.0.20* It only takes a few times to use to get familiarized with the app. You only need wifi when you are downloading the app for the first time but after that you only need bluetooth connection to get it working. Even if you’re not tech-savvy it is pretty easy to use as long as you READ the manual. The customer support is very fast. I’ve gotten in touch with them directly through the website and sent a ticket and they responded to me within 24hrs and helped me with a few of my concerns. I love my Healy! I have a few family members who have seen significant improvements in their health since they have been using Healy. This particular App has now been replaced with the MagHealy App which has 0 glitches!
