Got charged for the trial period

I was charged for this app when I clicked on free trial. I was then immediately charged and they would not refund me… I’m not quite sure what happened, if I had maybe downloaded it before and the trial had run out. It seems as though I was charged immediately upon clicking on it this time.🤷‍♀️

Dodgy - Dont download

This used to be good but stopped working properly. App started shutting down with no explanation and their ‘customer service’ team is non responsive. I used to pay for the subscription along with the podcast cleaner which also used to work but now doesn’t. Cancelled both and deleted.
