I have tried no less than 4 hearing aid apps. This one was the best! I have moderate to severe hearing loss and had problems with my ears being irritated with power ear molds so I wanted an open ear way to hear. This app works for me with bone conducting headphones. This might not work with all types of hearing loss but it works for me! Hint: the staff were very helpful and helped me figure out I needed to delete the other profiles as it was defaulting to one I didn’t want to use.

I always get a message to connect to the device (iPhone) no matter which option I try. 
Any suggestions please?

We are very sorry that you encountered this problem. Our app is not compatible with hearing aids, but is designed as an alternative to them. Therefore, you might want to look for a suitable app designed for hearing aids.
For our app to work correctly, you need to connect an EarPods and pass a hearing test, based on the results of which the sound will be amplified. I hope that this information will be useful to you and you will change your opinion about our app.
