## What is Heard?

Heard helps you revisit a conversation with fresh perspective.

Import chat screenshots or paste text, confirm the speakers and context, and use AI to reflect on key moments in communication.

• Screenshot recognition: recognize text on your device, then review and edit it before uploading.
• Conversation reflection: explore key exchanges, ways of expressing ideas, and possible communication signals.
• Personal history: save reports and revisit conversations and people over time.
• Your choices: review the AI data-processing disclosure before each new analysis, and delete analyses or your account in the app.
• English and Simplified Chinese: switch in Me → Language, or follow your system language.

With your consent, the text and context needed for analysis are sent through our backend to the Anispark AI service. Only provide content you have permission to process. Use aliases and remove unnecessary personal information.

AI interpretations and scores may be inaccurate or vary between analyses. Heard supports reflection; it does not provide psychological diagnoses or objective judgments about people or relationships.
