## What is Hearing Aid AI Sound Amplifier?

Hearing Aid AI turns your iPhone into a sound amplifier for the moments when hearing is hard work: a conversation across the dinner table, the television at a sensible volume, a lecture from the back of the room.

Put on your headphones, press START LISTENING, and what the microphone hears is amplified straight into your ears, live.

WHAT IT DOES
• Amplifies up to 40 dB, with a large VOLUME knob and a separate GAIN knob
• Seven-band equalizer, 125 Hz to 8 kHz, adjusted while you listen
• A separate curve for each ear, because hearing loss is rarely the same on both sides
• Balance control to shift the sound toward the ear that needs it
• Safe limit that catches sudden loud sounds before they reach your ears
• Three presets: VOICE for speech, SOFT to tame harshness, CLEAR for brightness

AI HEARING PROFILE
Photograph the audiogram from your doctor or audiologist and the app reads it, then sets the equalizer for each ear. No audiogram? Describe in your own words what you find hard to hear, and it will suggest a starting point.

BUILT FOR REAL USE
• Keeps running with the screen off
• Pauses by itself during phone calls, and picks up again afterwards
• Works with wired headphones, Bluetooth headsets and AirPlay
• Wired headphones add no noticeable delay

UNLOCKING
An optional monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, removes the daily listening limit. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your App Store account settings.

A NOTE ON HEARING
This app is a sound amplifier, not a medical device. It does not replace a hearing aid, and it does not diagnose anything. If you are worried about your hearing, see an audiologist. Please use headphones: the built-in microphone and the loudspeaker together will howl.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.1 — 2026-09-18

Your plan

Open the menu and you can see exactly what you own: whether your unlock renews or ends, and on which date. Switch between Monthly and Yearly, move up to Lifetime, or cancel — all without leaving the app. A purchase now confirms itself, and the main screen keeps showing that unlimited listening is unlocked.

A hearing profile for all sound

The AI hearing profile is no longer aimed only at speech. Tell it that everything sounds faint, that you miss the doorbell or birdsong, that sound is muffled or that music sounds thin, and the equalizer is set for what you are actually missing. Audiograms are read exactly as before, with the same careful rules for how much to lift.

Also in this version: the purchase screen reloads the store instead of leaving a button that does nothing, and the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy sit right under the plans.
