I do not get any benefit from the app. No enhancement of the sound. Wasted money.

Hearing Aid amplifies sound from the iPhone microphone into your headphones — it does not boost Netflix/YouTube or the phone speaker alone. Please try headphones, start a listening session, and use Conversation / EQ. Subscriptions and refunds are handled only by Apple — manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

When I start speaking suddenly I get crackle and his hits of the audio signal. Please fix this

Getting popping and other artifacts through my headphones from the moment the app launches — before I’ve even started it listening... Turning it on results in a choppy mess full of stuttering and popping. 

Why do so many developers put out these low effort apps and expect people to shell out... holy crap, $2.50 a week? You expect people to pay $2.50 a week for an app that can’t do the only thing it’s designed to do? Shameful.
