when opened I get a series of ads. Can’t escape. How to cancel?

**Developer response:** Hi, apologies, we submitted an update to reduce the ads at the start, but we are having difficulties getting an approval for the update. In the meantime, you can stop ads by pressing the stop ads button after the initial launch. You can also try without internet, but the experience might be limited.

BAD BAD CUSTOMER CARE! I’m still trying to run Live Listen (LL) install but they put a Barcode app install in the middle of the LL install. I can’t finish the LL install without finishing the Barcode install first and pay $10 a month.  THIS IS THE WORST EXAMPLE OF CUSTOMER EXPLORATION  EVER! SAME ON APPLE FOR RECOMMENDING THIS APP!

**Developer response:** Hello, you are referring to a different app than ours. We don’t charge anything for $10 a month. We also don’t have anything related to a bar code with this product. Our app can be used for free. Please remove this review, thank you.

This app wants me to give them my credit card information before it will open for a 3 day free trial and then they will charge my card $40 a month?   No let me use the free trial first and then if it works I’ll consider it and see if it’s worth it.

In the current version 1.0.0, we do not offer any in-app purchases. There may be some confusion with a different app from someone else.

In the upcoming version 1.1.0, we plan to introduce an optional subscription priced at only $2 to $3 per month to remove ads. The app will remain fully functional without the subscription.
