So, until a new configuration of remote microphone and ear bud is developed apps like this will not work well. The problem is not the developers fault. If there is a headset with remote microphone for iPad out there, someone please tell me. Thank You, Charles ### 4/5 — Pretty Good for the money *2012-11-01, version 1.2.0* This is a Great App! I have loved it and used it for watching movies and listen in large groups. I purchased it to use while teaching skating programs in noisy arenas and its awesome when the kids are speaking but because it is a fraction off on real time, I can't use it for that because I echo in my own head. For straight listening and some conversation though, it is a great deal and excellent app! ### 4/5 — Does a very good job *2012-10-08, version 1.2.0* Does a very good job with the speaker and headphones. But the Bluetooth was not very satisfactory, at least with my Motorola headset. The issue seems to be that the app is using the Bluetooth headset's Microphone as input rather than the iDevice's microphone (this might be an Apple restriction). This causes intermittent operation when using my Bluetooth headset. Regardless I like the app. ### 4/5 — Nun mit Einstellungen für rechts und links *2012-06-12* Ich hatte mir die App gekauft, da eines meiner Ohren für mehrere Tage stark verschmutzt war und ich somit einseitig schlechter hören konnte. Die app sieht gut aus und ist auch nett. Allerdings gibt es wohl auf der Welt fast keinen Hörgeschädigten, der auf beiden Ohren gleich schlecht hören kann. Seit der neuen Version kann man sich nun für rechts und links separate Einstellungen speichern. Mein Kritikpunkt besteht also nicht mehr. Was der Praxistauglichkeit schmälert ist dass die App nur mit dem Mikrofon, aber nicht mit Telefoninternen Tönen wie iTunes funktioniert. Wenn ich schlecht höre würde ich ja zum Beispiel den Equalizer auch gern auf Musik, Telefonate oder Spiele anwenden. Ich könnte mir aber vorstellen, dass das in iOs nicht funktioniert. ### 2/5 — No Bluetooth *2012-04-24, version 1.0.2* My LG Bluetooth headphones wouldn't work with this program. They work with Pandora and my music apps on my iPad but not with this program. With plug-in headphones the program works well enough, but when I hear my own voice, it's delayed making it difficult to talk... Not good for a classroom situation. Built-in filter is probably reason for voice delay (reasonable), bluetooth not working... Searched online for assistive devices then thought "surely there's an app for that?" Low and behold, hear it is! Love the ear trumpet graphic, love that it runs in the background allowing me to take notes on my iPad too. Love the adjustment for frequency volume.
