you shouldn’t have to sign up for a free trial for a yearly membership and then wait 15 mins to get completely ignored. over 500 people were available too like

I cannot get into a chat no matter how long I wait. The screen where you choose your type of chat appears always to show the same number of people chatting in each category, like a mock-up. I joined using a code so it’s free, but if that simply doesn’t give me actual access, strange that I haven’t been prompted to pay for an “upgrade”.

This app REQUIRES a subscription. You cannot use the chat function (or almost any others) without one. It’s scammy and gross, and there are much better alternatives out there, such as blahtherapy and 7cups of tea.

I tried this app because I wanted someone to talk to. Unfortunately I felt a lot worse after speaking to two different listeners. I felt judged and like I was stupid. Disappointed with my experience but I’m glad there was a free trial before I spent money on this app.

This is an amazing Mental Health support app. Everyone should try it out!!

I feel much better after one session. We all just need to be heard sometimes.

It feels very good to talk to someone that can give a new perspective.

Highly recommended for anyone that is struggling mentally!!

HearMe is so great y’all!! 24/7 live chat messaging and dedicated chats with your favorite listeners- what more could you ask for?  I’ve used WEconnect, HeyPeers, and other peer support apps… HearMe is truly #1 for what it offers at the price it asks for!  $7.99 is like the price of a Starbucks drink… so for a Starbucks drink you can put your mental health as a priority… that’s priceless!  I love chatting with HearMe listener Gaye… she’s amazing!  You get to talk to listeners from around the world, at any time of day!  I hop on whenever I’m stressed, angry, alone, or upset.  The listeners are so warm and inviting.  HearMe is the best!  I cannot wait to see what they think of next!! :)
