It needs way more optimization. Please remove the constant pin every time I try to reply to a text message. If they feel that level of security is required use Face ID. Also, it needs to better integrate with iPhone contacts. I should not have to send a prompt to an existing client to be able to continue texting them. It needs to be more seamless like an iMessage. ### 1/5 — Worthless app for work (required to have) *2025-02-20* Not sure why my firm chose this app since it’s so buggy. I received a message but when I went to open it, it didn’t show any messages or contacts and I have many of them. Only using this because my firm is requiring it but why have something that doesn’t work. No good way to link to calendar to make scheduling easy. I am required to use it. Hire some software engineers and build something with some performance and bells and whistles. The worst!! ### 1/5 — Over a barrel *2024-08-27* This is one of the worst tech implications I have ever experienced. Frequently Glitchy / crashes. Horrible audio. Sometimes doesn’t ring. Slow text. Limited options. Late alerts. Complicated interface. On going client complaints. Support runs you in circles. However I have to use for regulatory compliance. Many other similar tools work far better in same conditions but sadly are not a compliant option. The keyboard retracts while I’m typing. This tool is unusable. Good thing it’s a condition of employment. Slow to update and post messages. ### 2/5 — Slow and lacking plenty of features *2024-03-28* It’s very slow compared to any sort of native messaging app and it’s missing so many quality of life and productivity features. Inability to search for a specific contact while viewing all conversations is my biggest pet peeve. I don’t want to have to tap the + icon and then use the slow search function to pull up my candidate. Just let me search already in the conversations tab and also bring up the results quicker rather than making me wait staring at a blank screen. Hearsay cannot send a group text; this makes messaging couples very difficult as I have to message each separately. The audio quality is inferior, and voice clarity makes the conversation unintelligible. What are those? *2026-06-23* Should be fundamental standard feature that when someone sends you a message via the system that you would hear the notification and see the flag indicating a new message. That doesn't necessarily happen. This app is weak on a good day. Therefore cannot check what has already been communicated to whom. This app is useless for basic functions necessary for maintaining contact with contacts over time. Compliance approved/required? Calls frequently drop, voicemails are not logged, contacts do not work almost ever, and text messages seem to be delayed. Every pic I take is over 10mb, I have an iPhone! Raise the limit to 20 or just compress it! Please advise. ### 3/5 — Desktop Texting Application MISSING *2023-12-15* Hearsay Relate is a corporate compliance machine that is half the user friendly interface as Zipwhip was. Not a viable sustainable interface for our agency, as we have to be on the website in order to operate Hearsay Relate, which is very unfortunate. The receiving party must opt in before a 2nd text can be sent - the texting platform is below the homepage of posting content online - you guys need user feedback to make this operation user friendly, to be frank it is not, unless you’re on your cell, phone which is fine, but that’s not how our business is ran. ### 2/5 — Lags is receiving messages *2025-01-06* I have to use this for work and it lags a lot in receiving messages and not user friendly.
