When I finally figured out that Polar and Apple apps can’t easily alert you to a custom HR zone, I asked chatGPT what could, and it sent me here. Perfectly simple and functional. I use it for zone 2, threshold, and HIIT workouts. Rarely are preprogrammed HR zones accurate. The simple customization of this app is the best. The developer should take money for it but doesn’t. Thank you!

I’ve spent a few hours now searching for a simple and straight forward heart monitoring app for my new Polar Verity. This is a great start to exactly what people are looking for. The High/Low alerts are EXACTLY what I was looking for and provide a peace of mind - THANK YOU. I’ve read many blogs and if this app could be upgraded with a few extra features, it would be a real investment worth having. For example, automatic all-day sensor tracking, health data logs, iPhone Home Screen Widget. A few simple upgrades and I would gladly pay a competitive amount to have this convenience. Again, great job and heading in the right direction. Keep up the great work, I hope you’re still working on updates.
