Press lightly with your fingers. Pressing too hard may affect blood flow and make it hard to get accurate results.

Hold your device steady and keep still until the measurement ends.

Use App to process what you are going through. Whether it's a breakup or a panic attack, App gives you the tools to express what you are feeling, so you don't get stuck in your thoughts. A perfect anxiety and depression tracker.

Your subscription will recur every 1 week for $8.99. The subscription is auto-recurring. Payment will be charged from your iTunes account after you confirm the purchase. A trial-free period is provided within 3 days since activation.

This is not a free app with in-app purchases, it does nothing if you don’t subscribe and if you keep clicking cancel on the subscribe page it eventually subscribes you anyway and steals your money! Reported and waiting for refund.
