Track your Daily Activities: Monitoring the daily life automatically, getting steps, calorie, distance, activity time etc any time to help to get the healthy life.

Customize your Personal Activity Plan: According to the Ministry of Health issued the "Physical Activity Guide" recommended daily exercise, we have to walk 10,000 steps a day to keep healthy. Smartop band default 10000 steps for daily target.  Users can also adjust the target to customize their own workout schedule.


Auto Sleep Monitor: Smartop Band can monitor every subtle movement during sleep. An intuitive graph shows your sleep quality, like deep sleep, light sleep or wake-up status. It will show the total sleep time, deep sleep time and light sleep time.

Real-time Heart Rate Monitor: Turn on “Heart Rate” mode, you can see the real-time monitoring of heart rate change. When entering each exercise heart rate range, it will automatically vibrating notification, then easily to set up your training program.

Nell’app non si vedono alcuni dati perché non rientrano nello schermo.

L’app ha un bellissimo design ma non mantiene i dati della misurazione della pressione, battiti, affaticamento, occlusione quindi così è quasi inutile dato che puoi vedere i valori direttamente dall’orologio e in più la funzione che dovrebbe fare l’analisi del sonno è praticamente inesistente perché sul bracciale non viene nominata e nel l’app trovi la sezione ma è sempre vuota
