I still got charged and now have to chase people down for a refund. However, I followed the instructions carefully and tried all three camera lenses, but the app was unable to detect my heart rate at all. What makes this even more frustrating is that the instructions in the tutorial do not seem to match the actual app interface, making it unclear how the feature is supposed to work. After multiple attempts, I still could not get the app’s basic heart rate measurement feature to work. This makes me question whether the app functions as advertised and honestly leaves me feeling somewhat misled. I hope the developers improve both the functionality and the instructions.
