How are you? Your Apple Watch can calculate the answer! Heart Chart for Office Workers is a simple app that works with your apple watch and HealthKit to show your heart, sleep and activity over time. New weekly charts help you see your work life balance over many weeks. 

** REQUIRES APPLE WATCH and HEALTHKIT INTEGRATION for HEART MEASUREMENTS **
** This is NOT a heart rate training app, but an automatic day to day stress tracker **

HOW TO READ THE CHARTS
* Please check the user manual for detailed instructions
* Each row represents 2 days - 48 hours
* 1.5 years of data is plotted vertically
* Examine the chart to see patterns of activity, heart rate and sleep

READING NIGHT DATA
* Nights is when your heart rests, and you should see low measurements - green is good, light green is best
* A lot of light green at night means restful, deep sleep
* A lot of yellow means disturbed sleep 

READING DAY DATA
* Typical daily heart rate would fluctuate between 60 and 120
* This is not an app for athletes, it does not display heart rate training zones!
* A lot of red on the "stress" chart indicates a stressful week
* A lot of green and yellow indicates more relaxed week

Heart Chart for Office Workers is the easiest way to display large amounts of health data from your phone to your doctor. Your sleep, activity levels and heart rate are all conveniently plotted on one screen. If your sleep schedule drifts, you will see this.
