## What is 東京海上Heart Clubアプリ?

24-25年度実証事業で参加者の方にご利用いただくiPhoneアプリです。体調、血圧、心拍数、歩数など、心疾患の患者さんに必要な記録を一括で管理できます。医師や相談員向けの記録のサマリー表示や、服薬・通院のアラーム機能等を有しています。
