Ditto to “no such thing as a free app.” Misleading promotional info. Also there’s the use of the word “tracking” which means you take your measurements and enter them into the app.

Just received the monitor. The instructions are terrible. There are constant ads popping up. The worst part is that it does not connect to Bluetooth. That’s why I bought it! Sending it back for a refund!

I just wanted to check this out to see if it was what I needed. The only thing it would do is check my heart beat without upgrading. I definitely don’t think I could rely on this for accurate blood sugar tests. I’m uninstalling it.

If you are using this during a workout you won’t get accurate readings. I am going to stick with my Iwatch and cancelling my sub. It never did connect to my Bluetooth BP device that recommended this app. Very disappointed.

I haven’t used this product in over a year.  I used it yesterday. It took me three times to get a good reading.   I used it today. Could not get a good reading, but when I looked at the app, it showed a normal reading.   The cuff is squeezing my arm so tight it’s uncomfortable.  Yes, 
I could fit one finger between the cuff and my arm.

This app appears to generate heart rate readings even when no pulse is present. I tested it twice: once using my finger as instructed and once using a red bedsheet covering the camera. The app still reported a detailed heart rate, HRV value, health score, and identical health advice. If a bedsheet can produce a “heartbeat,” then the measurements are clearly not reliable.

Health apps should prioritize accuracy and transparency. Showing confident-looking numbers without a valid pulse signal is misleading and undermines trust. I would not rely on this app for any meaningful health information.
