This app doesn’t show which pending transaction has already been deducted from the balance that it’s showing. Some that are pending are already deducted from your balance that it shows, some aren’t, but the customer nor the teller can tell you which ones. I get charged NSF fees and don’t know why! It’s VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

From the very beginning of my visits to Heart of Louisiana Credit Union, I was always made aware by these employees that I really was welcome and that they sincerely appreciated my visitation . Thank you for your loving kindness and professionalism which surpasses 5 Star ratings!!! Blessings always! I always feel welcomed on every visit.  It feels like home!!! ❤️🙏🏽

I’m not sure exactly how your employee training is done-but it is extremely effective.  Frequenting several branches and everyone is smiling and courteous!

I really am not happy with how long it takes transactions to post to the account.. some transactions take up to 4& 5days!!

This is an awesome application. I have been with "Alexandria U.S.D.A. F.C.U. formally known at Heart of Louisiana F.C.U. I'd recommend anyone to join us as a member because we are so thankful to be part of the heart.
