Lentissima e spesso si blocca, inoltre non ci sono indicazioni su come associare una carta per i pagamenti in modo permanente senza che si debba ogni volta inserirla manualmente. Cordialmente daniele

Ho prenotato e pagato per una spiaggia, scalati i soldi ma non risultava la prenotazione sull’app, risultato : problemi di accesso alla spiaggia.

Sicuramente non è colpa di questa app, ma voglio segnalare ugualmente due cose che ho vissuto oggi a Su Sirboni che a mio modo di vedere non vanno bene:
1-perché io che sono turista pago e i residenti no, non si tratta di un bene primario ma dell’accesso ad una spiaggia perciò dovrebbero tutti pagare allo stesso modo
2-dal vecchio villaggio in “disuso” continuavano ad accedere persone alla spiaggia evitando il pagamento
se si fanno le leggi devono essere uguali per tutti,

L’app funziona abbastanza bene, ma sono incappato in un banner malevolo che sembrava coerente col sito che, all’atto di prenotare un’escursione, mi ha chiesto i dati della carta di credito per completare l’iscrizione. Pur se l’operazione terminava con un messaggio di errore “carta non riconosciuta” ho iniziato a trovarmi addebiti da parte del sito aghelps (mai sentito prima) per audiobook. Sto ancora combattendo per farmi rimborsare dal circuito della carta

Abbiamo fatto una prenotazione tramite APP che non ci è mai arrivata ma il pagamento invece è stato accreditato. Abbiamo chiamato il servizio clienti visto che l’assistenza non ha mai risposto! Volevamo fare una bella esperienza e si è trasformato in un grande dispiacere! App pessima!!!
