You need to update the video to reflect tramsfemoral approach. 4) the cardiac cath video needs to include a radial approach LHC. 5) their should be a cath video for right heart catheterization. 6). It would be awesome if you could make a teaching video for the following: LVAD, Impella, ECMO (V/V & A/V), & Cardiomems. But the same gesture (downward swipe) is used to produce a sagittal cross section and to rotate the heart for a superior view, so most of the time I can't get the sagittal cross section when I want it. There are some issues with the app not responding correctly to me... Which can be really frustrating. Also, the 2 videos you get aren't really worth it and potentially other helpful videos cost more money. There were no labels to the heart representation. There is really only one 3d graphic that can rotated and cut on one plane for viewing. It's okay for what it is. A three dollar 3d graphic. Don't buy it. It is a great learning tool complete with animations and pronunciations. Don't hesitate to buy it, it's definitely worth it! ### 3/5 — Criticor *2012-12-14* The quality of the images Is excellent. Unfortunately the animations of the cardiac cycle are seriously flawed. In the version I down loaded atrial and ventricular systole occur simultaneously in the animations rather than alternatively, as they should. The atria contract against closing AV valves. These flaws in the depiction of the cardiac cycle really render this app less than accurate. I've written about this before. Until this is fixed an otherwise beautiful app remains flawed even despite the recent excellent updates. ### 3/5 — iPhone 5 compatibility *2012-11-11* Good app, but when watching a video on the iPhone 5 part of the explanation is consistently off of the screen. This needs to be fixed. Also, is there a way to slice a different section of the heart? This app was recommended to me by one of my professors. I just paid for it, downloaded it, and the first message that pops up after opening it says that it's incompatible with the new version of IOS.
