## What is Heart Rate Calc?

This application uses 15 different formulas to calculate your training zones properly. You can choose between formulas based on:
1. Maximal Heart Rate 
2. Lactate threshold 
3. Maximal and resting heart rate

App enables fast and easy recalculation of your training zones when your training level increases during season and your form improves.



Aplikacja służy do obliczania stref tętna na postawie różnych parametrów sportowca. Mamy możliwość wybrania jednej z 15 metod obliczeń. Metody podzielone są na:
1. Metody oparte na tętnie maksymalnym
2. Metody oparte na progu mleczanowym 
3, Metody oparte na tętnie maksymalnym i spoczynkowym.

Z aplikacją można szybko przeliczyć strefy tętna gdy nasza kondycja się poprawia.
