Get real-time audio announcements when you change heart rate zones during your workout. Connect any Bluetooth heart rate monitor and the app will tell you instantly when you move between training zones - no need to look at your phone or watch. Perfect for runners, cyclists, and anyone doing zone-based training who wants to stay focused on their effort without constantly checking their devices.

Choose from three calculation methods: percentage of max heart rate, heart rate reserve (Karvonen method), or set your own custom zone boundaries. The app reads your age and resting heart rate from Apple Health (or you can enter them manually) to calculate your personalized zones. Each zone transition gets announced with clear audio that works with your headphones or speaker, with adjustable volume and playback speed.
