After download, crashed and never open, immediately goes back to main (iOS 9) iPad screen!!.Will you correct this failure?

Even after latest update, failed to download and crashed, there was mentioned that there is update dated Oct 18, 2019 but never show in my iPad which could fix the bug prevents this app to full download?!

I have met one of the authors, who is an inspiring and engaging speaker. I am surprised that he has put his name to this. It was on my phone for 3 minutes before I deleted it. Boring, patronising rubbish. The music makes it worse. No quality control or proof reading. The “action” takes place in a setting so far removed from UK GP it might as well be on Mars. The consultation is a masterclass in how not to speak to patients. Closed question after closed question. I couldn’t escape the horror to see whether they just do a heart sounds quiz, so off it went. You’d learn more with 40minuted with a cardiologist than this app could ever teach you. Dr Javaid, you should be embarrassed.
