Downloaded the app, put in all my info, went to log in, it says No account found and that I need to sign up so I go through the process again and it says “duplicate account found”, its a vicious circle and I was really looking forward to using the app

The HeartWorks–PHAware app is absolutely incredible. It’s more than just an app, it’s a community, an educational tool, and a lifeline for patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals alike. The interface is beautifully designed, intuitive, and full of resources that make understanding and managing pulmonary hypertension so much easier.

I especially appreciate the combination of science-based information, personal stories, and interactive tools that make it both educational and empowering. You can really feel the passion and dedication behind this project.

Whether you’re newly diagnosed, supporting someone with PH, or working in the medical field, HeartWorks–PHAware helps you stay informed, connected, and inspired. I wish every rare disease community had something like this!
