## What is HeartBeet?

Welcome to our Healthy Living Assistant App! We are committed to helping you live a healthy, active and happy lifestyle.

Our App provides a series of powerful functions designed to meet your health monitoring and management needs. The following are the main features of our App:
1. Heart rate measurement and analysis:
By using advanced heart rate monitoring technology, our app can accurately measure your heart rate and provide detailed analysis reports. You can monitor your heart rate at any time to see how it changes with different activities and emotional states. This helps you better manage stress, regulate exercise intensity, and improve heart health.
2. Blood oxygen and blood pressure records:
Our App provides a convenient blood oxygen and blood pressure recording function, and you can record your own blood oxygen saturation and blood pressure levels. This helps you monitor your body's oxygen supply and blood pressure fluctuations, as well as spot potential health problems early.
3. Evaluation of HRV index:
The HRV (Heart Rate Variability) Index is an important indicator of heart health and autonomic nervous system function. Our App can help you calculate and analyze your HRV index, understand your body's stress level and recovery ability. By monitoring changes in the HRV index, you can optimize your training plan, improve your sleep quality, and improve your body's overall adaptability.

In addition to the above core functions, our App also provides the following features and advantages:
- Track and record multiple health data to help you fully understand your health status.
- Data analysis and trend display, presenting the changes and progress of your health data in a clear chart form.
- Personalized suggestions and reminders, based on your data and goals, provide you with reasonable health plans and action suggestions to help you achieve your health goals.
- Data sync and backup to keep your health data safe and secure, and seamlessly accessible on multiple devices.

How to check your pulse with your finger:
- First, make sure your fingers are not cold. When checking your pulse, make sure your fingertips completely cover the camera lens and camera flashlight.
- Press lightly with your fingers. Pressing too hard may cause decreased blood flow, making it more difficult to obtain accurate results.

Notice
This app is not intended for medical use, it is for fitness purposes only.
The app cannot measure blood pressure, oxygen levels, or body temperature.
Any medical-related decisions should be made in consultation with a physician.

### 1/5 — Should have read the reviews

*2024-10-03*

Like a lot of reviews here, this app is very misleading. You cannot take your blood pressure even though that’s what they advertise. I was constantly getting alarming notifications which weren’t true at all. Minutes after I signed up and discovered you can’t take your blood pressure I immediately cancelled and sent an email to customer service to get a refund. I’m waiting on a response. Why would you send alarming notifications about someone’s blood pressure if it doesn’t even take blood pressure readings! Very disappointing.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback! The push notification from our app is based on real-time analysis of your health data. Sometimes, factors like improper finger placement, insufficient lighting, or movement can cause brief abnormal readings during heart rate detection.

If your measurement results show a normal heart rate, it means the device is working accurately. We recommend keeping your hand still during detection and using the app in a well-lit environment for more accurate readings. If you continue receiving similar push notifications, please feel free to contact us so we can help you investigate further.

### 1/5 — Beware, this app may cause heart attacks

*2024-09-11*

I downloaded the app and only used for two days when out of nowhere I received a notification that I was at risk of having a stroke… Despite not believing a single in this foolery, I used the app to check my heart rate and as I suspected, my heart was beating at its normal and regular pace. The notification was probably a distasteful trick designed to direct my attention to the app after hours of idleness. If you think about downloading the app, I sincerely pray and hope that you won’t receive the same notification in the most awkward or uncomfortable situations because if your experience is similar to mine, its outcome may not be identical. Beware.

EDIT

Do yourself and your loved ones a favor, do not download this cheap distasteful piece of software. As many have pointed out, it sends fake triggering alarms suggesting you are in immediate danger. Beware !

**Developer response:** Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. We do not intend to alarm users in any way. Our app is designed to help monitor heart rate and provide health suggestions, but these are for reference only and should not replace professional medical advice. If you have concerns about your health, we strongly recommend consulting a doctor or medical professional.
We greatly value user feedback and will continue to improve the app’s features and user experience. Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to contact us.

### 1/5 — Problem with payment

*2024-09-09*

I’ve paid for subscription and my payment method was declined but the money goes out of my account! And the app didn’t recognise that I paid. Why this happened?

**Developer response:** I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing with your subscription.

It’s possible that there was an issue with the payment processing, which may explain why the payment was declined but still appeared to go out of your account. Please check with your bank to confirm the transaction status.

In the meantime, I recommend trying to log out and back into the app, as this may help it recognize your subscription. If the problem persists, please reach out to us with more details, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Thank you for your patience!

### 1/5 — Poor Customer Service

*2024-09-06*

Contacted the developer twice about the program and didn't get a response.
It indicates there is an in-app purchase but it charges you right away to use the program. Scammers!! They take your money and don't respond to emails. Don't buy it

### 4/5 — Application intéressante

### 1/5 — Beware: False Advertising and Misleading Claims

*2024-08-28*

SCAM!!! This app shamelessly advertises features it simply does not have. Despite visuals and promises of being able to measure blood pressure with just a fingertip, all it can do is measure heart rate—something any basic fitness tracker can manage. After purchasing the app under the impression that it was a cutting-edge health monitoring tool, I was disappointed to learn it merely allows for the logging of blood pressure readings from separate devices. This misleading claim is not only unethical but dangerously deceptive, as it could lead users to rely on it for crucial health monitoring. The developers have chosen to prioritize profit over integrity and user safety. Users looking for genuine health tracking tools should steer clear of this app and consider more transparent and reliable alternatives.

**Developer response:** Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback. We apologize for any confusion caused. We highly value every user’s experience and will continue to improve the product’s features to help you better track your blood pressure. If you have any further questions or suggestions, please feel free to contact us.
Thank you for your understanding and support.

### 1/5 — Misleading headline, NOT a BP measure app!

*2024-08-26*

I actually would like to get my money back! I was misled by the false advertisement that implied that a user can actually capture their BP using this app via a tip of the finger presses to a camera. So, I did purchase this app under impression that I will be able to measure my blood pressure. However, it turns out that “Heartbeet” app only works as a “journal” for BP record. App does have a section where a user can manually enter blood pressure measurements taken by a real BP measurement device, but “Heartbeet” app does not provide a smartphone with an ability to measure BP. At first I thought that I just do not know how to used this app for BP measurements and looked for any hints and tips in a settings section - none to be found!
The only “automated” feature that I can identify within the app - is a heart beat rate measurement using phone’s camera by capturing pulse through a blood flow in a finger tip. I am not sure how the “blood oxygen level” is measured either, but I can give that pass by as I saw in the hospital nurse measuring blood Oxygen with a device that simply being clipped on a forefinger.
Overall I feel that this app is a fraud for gullible people like me. Again, I want my money back!

### 2/5 — Same results regardless of 100% heart score

*2024-08-20*

Downloaded this app when having issues with breathing. Would up on urgent care. The heart rate and oxygen read the same as the ER. However, haven’t been able to take oO2 readings but for one time. Also, it continues to read high stress, and high tension. Saying I have very little energy to sustain life. How can I get a 100% heart score and have it say that I’m a weary traveler with possible arrhythmia. At one point, I saw graphs of HRV readings but don’t know how I got there and can’t get back. Not an intuitive app.

### 1/5 — Blood pressure monitor

*2024-08-19*

Says free but after loading app you can’t even try it unless you pay $49 and change.
