Automatic “I’m fine today” updates: After a successful check‑in, the app now sends a gentle update to accepted emergency contacts when enabled in Settings (enabled by default). You can turn this off in Settings → Notifications.

Settings controls are disabled while loading to prevent accidental changes.
Fixes:
Test stability: proper React act configuration; removed noisy console warnings.
