I look forward to using this app with my high school students.  I love all the tools for relaxing and creating a positive focus. I love the gratitude journaling. I really like the simple design that encourages self-reflection and not so much focus on the screen.

Very nicely done simple app. Many cool tool kits for school kids!! Lots of self motivational habit forming suggestions and in built reward system.
