This app is really good at what it’s designed to do. I didn’t have to pay for anything, all I have to do is watch a short add, but it’s worth it because this app accurately tells me my heart rate as well as my BMI. You can also track that stuff as well as your blood sugar, which it gives a lot of information about. The app also has a section full of reliable lifestyle and health tips that you may want to look at! You can also ask AI consultants questions about your health, nutrition, coaching, or anything, and the AI they use is incredibly helpful, and really good.
