## What is Heartease?

Using quotes from the spiritual text " A Course in Miracles", Heartease provides an opportunity to take a break from whatever thoughts are crowding your mind.

Sometimes it seems easier just to read a snippet from ACIM as a way of helping yourself move a bit closer to the light, if only for a moment. This was the motivation for making Heartease, something to help in giving you a brief respite to whatever seems to be dominating your mind.

Heartease contains over 800 excerpts taken from across the three volumes of ACIM. The quote presented is randomly selected from this collection. They are not repeated but if any one quote is particularly liked, it can be saved to a "favourites" list. You are also able to backtrack through the previously displayed quotes (whether from the complete set or just your favourites. New in this version are the lesson titles from the workbook and the ability to search on a word or term to create a collection of quotes.
