## What is HeartEase 宽心?

HeartEase is a quiet little app for the moments when your heart needs to soften. You don't have to feel better right away — you just need one gentle line to land first.

Pick how you feel — Everyday, Anxious, Tired, Lost, Self-Doubt, or Bedtime — and HeartEase hands you a sincere, warm, never-preachy line, written for the moments when you can't quite hold it all.

We believe:

HeartEase is not therapy, and it is not a meditation app. It stays small on purpose — 256 hand-written lines, sorted into six moods, written to meet you exactly where you are.

What you can do with HeartEase:
- Take a single calming line when anxiety spikes, and breathe a little slower
- Be allowed to rest, be allowed to slow down, on the days you're worn out
- Let tonight end on a soft, imperfect note — even with the to-dos still open
- Save a line as a warm little card and share it with someone who also needs it
- Put a gentle line on your Home Screen with the widget, so it finds you between tasks

Your companion 宽宽 ("Kuan Kuan") is a tiny round cat who breathes, blinks, and quietly hands you a letter. No judgment, no pressure — just a small voice saying: I'm here.

HeartEase is offline-first. All lines and settings stay on your device. No account, no network, no ads, no third-party tracking.
