I am writing to inform you about an issue I am experiencing with the Heartfulness E-Magazine app on my iPad. Despite multiple attempts, I am unable to open the app. It either crashes immediately or remains stuck on the loading screen. I have tried restarting my iPad and reinstalling the app, but the problem persists.
