I am writing to inform you about an issue I am experiencing with the Heartfulness E-Magazine app on my iPad. Despite multiple attempts, I am unable to open the app. It either crashes immediately or remains stuck on the loading screen. I have tried restarting my iPad and reinstalling the app, but the problem persists. My iPad is updated to the latest iOS version, and I have ensured that the app is also updated to its latest version. I greatly enjoy the content of the Heartfulness E-Magazine and would appreciate any assistance you can provide to resolve this issue. Please let me know if there are any troubleshooting steps I can follow or if there is an upcoming update that might address this problem.
