I can not even logging into my personal devices. My username and password are correct and I had changed passwords several times. This bank need to do something about it. Otherwise, Heartland Bank will lose their customers. I’m thinking to switching banks. Finding bank(s) that is more friendly. This bank is wasting my time. I’m very disappointed of this heartland Banks services. I can’t trust this banks. Sorry and I’m speaking from my heart. ### 1/5 — I would expect better *2019-10-27* Cannot even sign in with. Yes user name and password are correct, I can sign in with a browser. Once a check is rejected you have to take it to the bank. Submitted picture of front and back of a check and the app rejected it because it said I used front image only for both sides. I’m no techno-idiot. I love the ability to use the bill pay feature anywhere, anytime! Of course it is not perfect yet, but maybe after an upgrade or two, I will rate it with 5 stars. The interface is clean and easy to use. I can easily access my accounts and get the information I need without much effort.
