Worked fine for months just started today ### 1/5 — Embarrassing *2020-04-15* Who do you guys pay real money to for this weak app. Whoever it is should be fired. I know 5 kids under the aged of 25 that can create a more functioning app than this. It’s down once a week. High Volume?? What are 10 people trying to access it at once? Embarrassing ### 1/5 — Mobile deposit *2019-09-14* Pointless feature. Personal checks get rejected for different reasons. 1) App says I used two inages of the front of the check. No I photograph the front and make sure its in the window I FLIP the check over and take photo of the back. Rejected Another reason Checks have been rejected is the app displays a message I have deposited duplicate checks. So you call the 800 number and the solution thats given after 10 minutes on hold. Bring the check to a branch to deposit. Well what good is the app except to check your balance? ### 1/5 — Why didn’t you leave it alone it worked till this update anyone listening? *2019-02-28* Will not let you get balance or anything ### 1/5 — Terrible *2018-08-16* Can’t use remote deposit. Every time I go to add an account I want to deposit my paycheck into it never shows up. And the app just crashes all the time. Do not like calling to activate Apple Pay. Card activity alerts are nice and immediate. Not supported by Plaid. ### 5/5 — Amazing App *2024-03-19* The latest update is amazing! I can see my credit score on the app as well as set up credit score goals for myself. I can easily transfer between all my accounts and even deposit a check with just a photo! ### 5/5 — Great app! *2024-03-13* The latest update is great. I can now see my credit score right inside the app. The features are great, I can take a picture of my check and have it deposited and transfer money to my kids accounts. If I can’t get to the the CU to make a deposit I can just use the apps remote deposit feature. When I need to pay a bill I just log into bill pay to pay my bills right from my phone. So many features on this app I still need to explore.
