I love that I can manage my money wherever I am. ### 2/5 — Looks nicer but lacks features *2023-08-21* The new app looks nicer but the menus are significantly more difficult to navigate than the other 4 banking apps that I have. The screen flow is very clunky and isn’t organized in a very intuitive way. Secure messaging sticks out as especially clunky and it defaults to the oldest message instead of the most recent so you have to swipe several times to see the most recent response. Zelle is also not available like it is for my other 3 banks (including another local credit union) which feels like a pretty big missing feature.
