At least twice a month, the mobile app goes into “error code 500” for DAYS and there’s no way to access your accounts

Seems like mobile banking is down more than it is actually working. Can you please fix this app and maybe change the app software. Horrible - Heartland CU customer

You can’t even log in to the app once downloaded even if you have an account that’s easily accessed on web. Waste of phone space.

Barely ever use it because it’s a hassle. Note I can’t use it even if I want to because it says there are important updates & I need to download new app from App Store however…there is no new app!!??!!

Can’t log in at all, using the same username and password as the website and it says “invalid signon”

This app has no way of making a mobile deposit, which is the only reason I would use this.

Easy to use for your personal accounts and is properly in sync. 
I wish they had a way to also access my business account. Using a browser on a mobile phone is not exactly fun! 🤪
