## What is Heartland Forest Trails?

This app will help you get more out of your visit to Heartland Forest. There are routes to follow, and information about what to look out for as you explore. 

The app is GPS-enabled. This is to automatically show you relevant content based on your location along the trail and immediate area.  

The app also uses Location Services to determine your location when the app is running in the background. It will trigger notifications when you are close to a location of interest. My husband and I stumbled on this gem of a Forest when we moved to Niagara. We walk here almost every day, and are delighted with Nature’s ever changing story. We often bring  our grandson with us. He has CAS, but time watching the snapping turtles, frogs, birds and butterflies has him talking up a storm. This spot is truly a Niagara treasure!!
