I basically gave away all of my products for free and I lost so much time and money ### 1/5 — What *2023-07-07, version 10.9* This app literally DOES NOT WORK. The Heartland ECSI website will not accept payment and keeps giving me errors over and over so I tried downloading the app but it will not even allow me to sign in. I type in username and password and it doesn’t even fill in the button to sign in. I try multiple times, even deleting and re-downloading the app but it will not work no matter what I try. Then I try the help line and it’s disconnected. This app and Heartland ECSI is a complete joke!!! If they want my money at least make it possible for me to give it to them!!! I’ve tried everything and cannot set up recurring payments. They want to make you pay month to month to charge you and extra fee. As soon as you download and log in, you’re ready to process. I love sending my invoices through this app as well!! UNFORTUNATELY, Heartland uses Apriva to do the software side of the application. They are less than helpful and rude. No, I worked there at Heartland, I know the backend systems, I wrote mobile apps for a living. This is “your” problem heartland. Not you app vendor.
