The same issues as previously reported the app is not reliable, logs out during transactions, and sometime will not log in for days. Tried talking with technical support and they tell me there is no problem with their software. ### 1/5 — Bring back previous Heartland app *2020-10-05, version 7.4* All previous comments are spot on. This app simply doesn’t work. If you are a retail business depending on this app to process your credit/debit transactions then you are out of luck. This app continuously gives error notices on transactions after several minutes of processing. Sometimes it crashes and the app closes. All while your customer patiently waits. It doesn’t work more often than it does work. We’ve been using Heartland for a couple of years now and everything was fine...until the developers staring screwing around with it. Now it’s worthless. The problems started a few months back and have gotten worse with every update. The Heartland ECSI website will not accept payment and keeps giving me errors over and over so I tried downloading the app but it will not even allow me to sign in. I type in username and password and it doesn’t even fill in the button to sign in. I try multiple times, even deleting and re-downloading the app but it will not work no matter what I try. Then I try the help line and it’s disconnected. This app and Heartland ECSI is a complete joke!!! If they want my money at least make it possible for me to give it to them!!! I’ve tried everything and cannot set up recurring payments. They want to make you pay month to month to charge you and extra fee. The creators of the website and this app should be FIRED!!! ### 1/5 — Apriva not meeting customer needs *2023-03-07, version 10.8.5* Heartland is a great company that will go out of the way to help you. UNFORTUNATELY, Heartland uses Apriva to do the software side of the application. They are less than helpful and rude. False confirmation pages! *2022-04-25, version 10.5.2* Made several sales during an internet outage. We had customer signatures on screen and got what appeared to be a confirmation page. After a few minutes we double checked batches and only ONE charge had processed. We lost several hundred dollars in sales and product. If they screen shows a confirmation it should be screen shot or downloaded. No reason to have a customer sign before hand. So frustrating! ### 2/5 — Transactions not processing correctly. *2020-04-17, version 6.5* First 3 weeks great (March 17 - April 14, starting April 15th started having issues. Some transactions time out and get error messages saying it didn’t process. Run card again then you get 2 approved transactions for the same amount. Tried everything from rebooting modems, using different WiFi networks, rebooting mobile card readers, deleting app and reinstalling it. Works fine for a few transactions than it starts failing again.
