I have to enter them in manually. When I need a refill the app doesn’t tell me when it was last filled. It also doesn’t tell me when the refill is ready. Occasionally, I will get a text that one of my Rx is being autofilled, but it never says which one, so I have to guess. The app is pretty much worthless. I just got that rotating asterisk symbol as though it were trying to load. I had the same problem yesterday. I finally called the store and ordered my prescriptions via their automated phone system and when I was done, the app had still not loaded. A few weeks ago I got on the app and all my personal data and prescription records were gone. ### 1/5 — The App is very buggy and doesn’t work well *2023-09-15, version 10.0.7* They need to put more into the app in terms of development. Crashes. The pharmacy staff in person are usually great. But I was told I’m sorry that the medicine you need doesn’t make sense for us to carry so as a business decision we do not have it. The change password link does not work. On laptop I get a 404 error on iPhone it just won’t let me proceed. I have lot of chronic pain from multi-surgeries ever since I had a bad horse accident. Every pharmacy I have ever used has treated me like a drug addict, except Heartland. It’s refreshing to have one that genuinely cares about your well being. I’m not oblivious to the fact there is a drug epidemic in the world and probably most abuse their meds but I don’t. I have never walked in Heartland without one of them saying Hi. There can be a store full of customers or none and they will still find the time to speak to u. The employees are awesome as well. They have Mr. Mac who delivers ur meds if you prefer. So when I work remotely I take advantage of that perk when I need to. Heartland Pharmacy is a great asset to Cabot, AR. The entire staff is always so kind on the phone. Thy go out of their way to answer all of my questions. I have used their delivery option one time and was very pleased. Individual’s have waited when their children needed picked up and again the drive thru professionals have been so kind to me no matter my bad patient attitude. THANKS FOR BEING HERE.
